This August, Orrery by Pierre Minotti heads to Sussex for two exclusive takeover dinners at Rathfinny Wine Estate.

For two evenings only, Chef Pierre Minotti and the Orrery team will present a seven-course tasting menu in Rathfinny’s beautiful restaurant, bringing the restaurant’s signature approach of seasonal British produce and refined French technique to one of England’s most celebrated wine estates.

The Experience

Begin the evening with a glass of Rathfinny Classic Cuvée 2020 before enjoying a seven-course tasting menu created by Chef Pierre Minotti.

Served in the heart of the vineyard, the menu showcases the precision, seasonality and elegance that define the Orrery experience, with an optional Sussex wine flight available to accompany each course.
